Refund policy

We want you to love your item. If something isn’t right, please let us know.

Beaver State Market has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. There are no exceptions. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@beaverstatemarket.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will email you a pre-paid return label, to send back the item(s).


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

If you would like to EXCHANGE an item(s), pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip.

  • Please include a note or indicate on the original packing slip whether you would like a return for a refund OR an exchange for a different item.
  • Exchanges will be mailed out within 2-3 days to your original address OR to a specified new address. If the merchandise that you would like in exchange is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase, and only once we receive the merchandise. Please allow 3-5 days from the day we receive merchandise for your account to be credited.

For packages that were verified as delivered and then found to be missing, we do not issue refunds. If you want a refund, most credit card companies offer some kind of protection for stolen packages. Please check with your credit card company in regards to their policy. Beaver State Market is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.
